Dressed is an affordable womenswear label that combines modernity and timelessness suitable for women at all ages and sizes. The brand launches an application that can be used on both mobile and tablet with Augmented Reality and Virtual communication to interact with our customers dynamically, and close the gap between physical and digital experiences.
CX and UX approach
In terms of the CX approach, there will be a lot of advertisements and contents about the application showcasing the Augmented Reality & Virtual communication functions through tutorial videos and pictures on different channels such as online platform, social media and many more. These can be done through collaborations with influencers and celebrities as well. There will also be newsletter to inform the customers on promotions, new arrivals and many more. In addition, there will be rating and review email after every purchase to help improve product quality and shopping experience. Lastly, there is a reward system, the more the customers shop the more rewards the can get in return.
For the UX aspects, this is an application that can be conveniently used both on mobile and tablet so users can access at anytime. An AR function allows the customers to try on clothes and make the experience more dynamic and interactive in order to encourage customers to buy because they can visualize how the products fit on their body. The Suggested products and similar products through recommendation system based on the user’s interests and history for their convenience. You can also save the products for later under my looks so the customers can come back to it anytime. In addition, you can scan the QR code to learn more about the products rather than clicking /researching on the internet. Lastly there are may customer service channels including: chat, virtual call, video call for easy contact
